Indiana Jones FERTILITY IDOL'Hero' prop replica, METAL with 24K GOLD-PLATING

Cast directly from a screen-used Idol, cast in Bronze Metal. BLEMISH: There is a run in the finish of the gold-plating on the forehead of the Idol, but is only noticeable on close inspection! Weight: Around 5 to 6 pounds. This is the first custom made screen-accurate Idol to ever be made. It is SUPER RARE, and was not made available to the public!!

The Idol was made using the Lost Wax Casting method, to be made in Bronze Metal. It is also hollow, to minimize any shrinking from the original size of the original prop! Polished to a mirror finish, 24K Gold-Plated, aged with a light spray of Dull Coat!!! Just like the original prop in the film!! The bottom was also sealed and Gold-Leafed, since there was a hole to be able to be dipped and gold-plated.

This version of this Idol is the'Hero' version which Indy switches with a bag of sand inside the temple, and runs while all the booby-traps are going off, trying to kill him. You will notice from the side by side photo how accurate it is to the original prop in the film! This is the Holy Grail prop of all prop collecting, and is the most desirable prop to have in any prop collection!!! It is even more valuable, since it is metal with real gold-plating and Glass Eyes!!

This is a very high quality replica of the "Fertility Idol" that you will ever find, and is as close as you will get to the real thing, since the original prop was just plastic. Especially, when you feel the heavy 5 pound weight of it in your hands.
